Orders Cancellation
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order had been paid and you need to change or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours. Please take note that once the packaging and shipping process had started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products under the following conditions:
- non-receipt of your products within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing time),
- receipt of the wrong item/s, or
- no longer want the product received (therefore you need to return the unused item at your expense.)
We do not issue refunds under the following conditions:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), or
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
You can submit refund requests under the following conditions:
- within 10 business days after the receipt of your order; or
- within 15 business since your order has been placed.

If your refund is approved, then a credit of the item’s amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Easy Returns
We stand behind the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.
You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days starting from the day you received your package.
The product must be in the following conditions :
- an unused condition and
- in its original packaging, (note: with all its accessories and all packaged components intact.)
Shipping Costs will be the responsibility of the customer under the following cases:
- of buyer personal reasons, (for example, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.)
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.
How to Return an Item
If you want to proceed with a return, please complete the following steps:
- Please send us a photo of the products you’ve received with the return request to the support@r3beltrendz.com and we will guide you through the steps.
- Return the item to the provided address in response email within 10 calendar days and send us the tracking number after you’ve shipped the item.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
